Up for purchase is a NOS Vintage 3 Speed Cable Pulley for any 1" or 1 1/8" tube Touring type of bike. There is an inner shim that you can use for a 1" downtube.
You can use this with any Shimano, Suntour or Sturmey Archer setup.
