For your consideration is this Denon IR Retransmitter.  Cosmetically the unit is in very good condition.  One of the small pads is missing on the bottom (please see pictures).  I plugged the unit in and it did turn on.  I did not test it any further, which is why I am selling it as is with no returns.
The power adapter is not included in this listing.
