This Lowrider Dog is New Old Stock, it still has it's tags. It has been fully tested and works great. There are no defects to the dog or his accessories. The battery compartment shows no signs of corrosion. All the clothing is original with no defects. The closure that conceals the battery compartment still seals properly. Tush tag is still attached and clearly legible. The reason why this is being listed as used is because it was purchased at a yard sale and it appears part of the tag has been cut and whited it out (see photo)
